Creating an invite is simple:
Click "Create Event" and fill in event details (title, date, description)
You can invite guests in multiple ways:
Email: Enter guest email addresses and we'll send personalized invitations
CSV Upload: Bulk upload guest lists using a CSV file
Shareable Link: Copy and share a unique event link via text, social media, or any messaging platform
Each guest receives a unique link to submit their video message directly.
No! Guests don't need to create an account or sign up. They simply click their unique invitation link, record or upload their video message, and submit. It's that easy!
No app download required! VibeVite works directly in any modern web browser on desktop, tablet, or mobile devices. Guests can record or upload videos instantly without installing anything.
Yes! You can upload a CSV file with multiple guest names and email addresses to send bulk invitations. We also provide a sample CSV template to make the process even easier.
Absolutely! Your event dashboard shows a real-time list of all invited guests and their submission status. You can easily see who has contributed and send friendly reminders to those who haven't.
Yes! Your privacy is our priority. All events are private by default and only accessible to invited guests with unique links. You have complete control over who can view and contribute to your keepsakes.

Your keepsakes are stored securely for as long as you maintain your account. We recommend downloading important keepsakes for your personal archive. Storage duration details are available in your subscription plan.
